Clouds and Light Limited is a Limited Company registered in the United Kingdom and is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for data protection purposes.

2. Early-Stage Service

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The platform is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• Service availability, data integrity, and feature functionality are not guaranteed
• Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice
• Clouds and Light Limited accepts no liability for any disruption, loss, or damage resulting from use of the Service

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Copyright

The Service allows users to create, configure, and share cloud infrastructure views and embedded content. You are solely responsible for all content you create or share through the Service.

4.1 Copyright Compliance

You must ensure that any content you upload, create, or share:

• Does not infringe on any existing copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Is either your original work, properly licensed to you, or in the public domain
• Includes appropriate attribution when required
• Does not reproduce copyrighted material without proper authorization

4.2 License to User Content

By creating content on the Service, you grant Clouds and Light Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in hate speech or promote discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups
• Transmit illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material
• Distribute malicious code, viruses, or any harmful components
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
• Distribute false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

Clouds and Light Limited reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who breach these terms.

6. Cloud Account Integration

The Service provides integration with public cloud accounts (including AWS, GCP, and Azure) for the purpose of cloud infrastructure discovery and visibility. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own cloud accounts and any charges incurred by your cloud provider
• You must comply with your cloud provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies
• Clouds and Light Limited is not responsible for any cloud provider charges or issues arising from your use of cloud services
• You grant the Service limited, read-only access to your cloud account solely for the purpose of discovering and displaying infrastructure information
• The Service does not modify, create, or delete any resources in your cloud accounts
• You may revoke access to your cloud accounts at any time

7. Access Keys and Embedded Content

The Service allows you to create access keys for embedding cloud infrastructure data in web pages and other tools. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for the security and appropriate use of access keys you create
• Access keys embedded in web pages may be visible in page source code
• You should use the constraint features (origin restrictions, IP limits, service scoping) to limit the scope of access keys
• You may revoke any access key at any time
• Clouds and Light Limited is not responsible for unauthorized use of access keys that you have created or shared

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Clouds and Light Limited is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, code, and original content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of Clouds and Light Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Engaging in prohibited conduct
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Threatening the security or integrity of the Service

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features provided in the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
